Role Overview
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our agency. This position blends administrative support, client interaction, and operational coordination, upholding our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information on insurance products and services.
- Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and handle general office tasks to maintain an organized work environment.
- Data Management: Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Marketing Assistance: Support marketing initiatives, manage social media accounts, and assist with promotional campaigns.
- Operational Coordination: Organize company procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Education: University degree
- Languages: Fluent in English and Greek (written and verbal)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legal Requirement: Clean criminal record Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Russian (written and verbal)
- Experience in insurance or a related field
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365
- Basic accounting knowledge
- ΠΒΑΚ certifications
- Sales experience or skills Location
- Primary location: Limassol, with occasional travel to our Nicosia Head office.
